Had an issue on the roof this time something loose and banging on our bathroom skylight window.  A couple of Alans team called out (Alex and another guy) reviewed the issue and Alan gave me a couple of quote options over the phone.  Problem fixed there and then.  Alex also removed some weeds from our chimney stack and noticed we had a broken slate which he fixed at no extra charge (I had a spare one in the shed).  Really nice professional guy.
